Download a new document with about 2 pages of text (preferably about hardware and software. Save this as DocProd.txt.

Make sure that row 1 is centre aligned, rows 2, 4 and 5 are left aligned and row 3 is right aligned.

Ensure the font on the title is a sans-serif font. Using a 12 point Serif font enter a list of towns and cities, some local to you and others further away,

When you have entered at least 10 entries, save your document.
Add bullet points to the list. Indent those towns and cities close to you by 2 centimetres. Indent those towns and cities further away by 5 centimetres.
Save and print your document.

IT EY10 Lesson
Design a report in MSWORD. The report should be for a newspaper reporting about the number of students we have in school which has total number of Boys 150 and girls 180in the following categories. Ages 10-11 Boys 45 Girls 30 Ages 12-16 Boys 50 Girls 60 and 17 and above Boys 65 Girls 90. Draw a graph in MS Excell and Copy it to the word Document.
Once the report is done send it to gioko@akam.ac.ke
with your name, class and time as the Footer.

Downloading Information: Need for conversion between analogue and digital signal
IGCSE1 2008.
Today 8 October 2008 we are going to have the following learning opportunities:
Practically downloading a file save information as specified
Theoretically "describe the need for conversion between analogue and digital data"
Using the skill we leant last lesson use a search engine and look for information which describes the need for conversion between analogue and digital data.
Get from at least three sources the information about the need for conversion between analogue and digital data.
- Save the files found (minimum three) as HTML format
- Copy the necessary information from the files and paste them in MSWord. Remember to put the link at the end of the page.
- Print out the Word File with all the pasted data and the sources. Note to keep your Name, Class and Date as the header in your document.
