Poem to our Teacher from Feeding minds Fighting hunger project Coordinator

To a man who is so really great
Its worthy of a day to celebrate
A man who is looking to change the world in every way
Oh Gioko you deserve a special day
a day of laughter
a day of fun
for all the work that you have done

So my dear friend I have to say
Have the most wonderful, fabulous day

Gives every minute of every day
Intelligence shines
Optimistic about changing the world
Knowledgeable
Outstanding in every way

Modeling Challenge

Assessment Criterion PLAN
Charity Sweepstake
Your are supposes to design a model of determining the winner of the charity sweepstake
The numbers of the sweepstake are 10 numbers
9583726353
Design an model that will randomize the number in the sets of 1 2 3 4 1
That is first one number, second two numbers, third three numbers and the last number
9583726353
In the model develop.
20 trials at a go that is trial 1 to trial 20
Use conditional formatting put a condition such that when the wining number appears the cell turns green.
Use the F9 key and try to find out how long you will get the winning number.
Get the print screen of the winning condition.
How will you modify the design to achieve the results faster?
How many trials can fit on a single screen view at size 12 times roman?
Write a brief reflection of the process.

Print out all your work.

This work will be assessed on the Criterion Plan

TAKE HOME ASSIGNMENTS

Assessment Criterion DESIGN
You are required to design a model of a toy manufacturing company

The toy uses plastic, metal, glass and paint

The ration of the material is decided by the manufacturer.

The cost of manufacturing one toy is 200 KSH for a toy between 200gms and 500gms

The cost of material is in kg

1 kg of Plastic 400 KSH

1 kg of Metal 1000 KSH

1 kg of Glass 600 KSH

I kg Paint 800 KSH

You can only purchase the material in 1 kg ONLY

If each toy has to weigh between 200 to 500gms and be sold at 500KSH

Design a model that will work out
-the ratios of the materials for the toy
-the combination of materials bought for the toys
-the break even point
Your model should give the BEST mixture ration of the materials
The BEST number of sales that will break even

Print out the spreadsheet and indicate in bold
Ratio
Metal: Plastic: Glass: Paint
