Organization means that the data is organized in an accessible manner.
In your drop box make a folder named MYP CT 2012
Save Your files with the names in the following sequence MYPCT <Name> ACTIVITY <Number> <date of file creation>
e.g. MYPCT Gioko Anthony Activity 4 23122012 (note the spaces in the file name)
In all your mail communication to the teachers place MYPCT in the Subject
Share the folder with your teacher gioko@akam.ac.ke
